Lifting weights is the best way to reshape your body and also speed up your metabolism… So how much do we need to lift to see results? 🏋🏽‍♀️ Train 4-5 x a week and splitting up your body parts is the most effective way. 💪🦵 If you’re not sure what a good training split looks like comment training split and I’ll send you one. 🤗 . 🚴‍♀️ Cardio: honestly, don’t start out with too much because your body will get used to what you’re doing and then you’ll have to do more, and more, and more to see results. 🤪 Just no.
