Follow my steps (this is easier) find a tiktok video with the sound you wanna use then save that video then open ringtone maker then add that video and when you add it you can trim it but if not press make then send to garage band then press and hold on your ringtone then hit share then press ringtone then it might say something about it being long but just press ok then export it then you are done

Ringtone maker > Pick sound from TT> share to ringtone maker > Press make then there should be a button right at the bottoms that’s say make ringtone right to iPhone ringtone settings no hassle took my 30 sec

ITS NOT A VIRUS. Garageband is by apple, and the "virus" when you download everything is just baiting you to call a scam call center, or "help".
