I literally just watched a video above yours that said the complete opposite. It said smthg like, how are you going to look lean when no matter how much fat you lose, your body won’t show any muscle if there isn’t any muscle tone underneath it. They said due to natural human anatomy, we’re always gonna have a layer of fat. That’s normal.

actually the first thing you should do is check your hormone levels to see which type of workout fits YOU😭 i have a thing called hypothyroidism and a calorie deficit would actually be worse for me and not do anything (all bodies are diffrent so make sure you know what routine fits you specifically!!)
