@makeitwithmicah: Women in STEM 🤩 I’ve been wearing makeup for 25 years and this is by far the best method I have found to get my brushes fully cleaned and dried quickly. These brushes are over a year old but look new 😍 Method & Rationale: 1. You will need 2 large jars for the two step soaking process. 2. You will also need: blue Dawn dish soap (gentle yet effective); Dial antibacterial soap (for eliminating the bacteria that might be linering in hour brushes); micellar water (breaking down the makeup) and a power drill that can be adusted for different drill bits. 3) First add micellar water and water to one jar; and dawn, water and dial to another jar. I soak the brushes for about 5 min in micellar water. Then I switch them to soap mixture. 4) Clean each brush using the power drill. And spin to rinse and dry.
