I've never run out of filling for my eggs. I always have too much filling left over. I assume I fill the eggs generously but now I'm not so sure.

we use whole, white and yolk, as filler for our deviled egg yolk mixture. they're spicy deviled eggs so they get cayenne. and we garnish the top of each deviled egg with stuff.
