What I eat in a day to maintain my weight loss with the 2B mindset 🎊 It’s no shocker to anyone that I’m #waterfirstveggiesmost bc it tastes amazing and makes me feel my best. But honestly, no 2 days are the same. I switch certain things up depending on my schedule, the season, and what I’m doing and craving. I love food and am a volume eater so sticking to the program and plan works wonders for me. For Breakfast: in the summers I’m super consistent with my choczini fro Whoahs. I blend frozen raw zucchini with chocolate shakeology, almond milk, and depending on the day, I sometimes add banana, pb, or coconut.  Protein pancakes are made with a mix and blended with banana and dark chocolate chips.  Lunch: that was a high fiber tortilla, soyrizo and cheddar cheese. Plus salad, bread and butter pickles, a vinaigrette and hard boiled eggs.  Dinner: we love our bbq so grilled steak and chicken is something we have at least 1-2 x a week. The creamy dressing on that salad was the #dairyfree ceaser from my cookbook, Love the Food that Loves You Back.  Side plate for the table was Hummus, celery and cumin-spiced crackers from Israel.
