I’ve told you guys before, I’m not the best baker and the last time I made this recipe was probably back in high school. I’m always up for a challenge though and now I have the best and freshest ingredients from @_picknpay so how hard can it be?  For more delicious recipe inspiration, make sure to tune in to watch @masterchef.sa at 20:30 on Saturday’s on S3  #mealsbysiya #PicknPayFresh #PicknPayXMasterChef #PnP Strawberries and cream Choux  Choux Ingredients  - 120g Flour  - 113g Butter  - 240ml Water  - Pinch of salt  - 3 Eggs  Strawberry cream  - 125g Strawberries - 100g Castor sugar  - 1 tbsp Lemon juice  - 45ml Water  Method  Choux pastry  1.	To a pot over medium heat add in the water, butter and a pinch of salt. Once it starts to boil take the pot off the heat.  2.	Sift in the flour and mix until it all comes together. Transfer the dough into a mixing bowl and spread it around the bowl thinning it out to allow it to cool.   3.	Once cool break the mixture up with a whisk before adding in the eggs one by one until you have a smooth paste.  4.	Put the mixture in a piping bag and pipe onto a non-stick baking pan.  5.	Bake at 180 for 25 min. once baked make a small hole in the bottom of the choux and allow to cool before filling with the strawberry cream. Strawberry cream  1.	Chop strawberries and add into a pot with the sugar, lemon juice and water. Allow to simmer on low-medium heat until reduced into a thick jam.  2.	In a bowl whisk the cream until stiff then fold in the cooled strawberry jam.
