@sophymed: Tiramisu cake recipe☕️ w/ vanilla bean sponge, coffee soak & mascarpone frosting Ingredients for sponge: 2 eggs (room temperature) 70 gr sugar vanilla 100 gr melted butter 100 gr greek yogurt (room temperature) 50 ml milk (room temperature) 150 gr flour 1/2 ts baking powder 1/2 ts baking soda Mix all together in the written above order in a bowl. Bake at 180C 40-45 minutes. Or until dry toothpick. I had a 18 cm baking dish. Let it cool to the room temperature before assembling. For coffee soak: 70 ml coffee 1 tbs sugar or honey 20 ml rum or liquor Frosting: 350 gr mascarpone 250 ml heavy cream 80 gr sugar or caster sugar 1 tbs coffee Mix heavy cream + sugar until soft peaks, add mascarpone & coffee.
