How to make garlic confit! aaaaand how to store it in your freezer so that you ALWAYS have some on hand for recipes. Slow roast your naked cloves in a low 250°F oven, in a vessel that will hold however much you’re roasting, and bake until golden. times will vary. this was 3lbs of garlic in a 4qt dutch oven that took about 1.5’ish hours. This stuff is delicious, I don’t even have to explain that to you.
