I went to the hospital twice last year and my wife as well each time we had to pay up front. Doc is full of it.

Same thing with dental insurance… mom is disabled and had severe dental pain she needed two root canals and a tooth extraction. Needed to wait for Prior auth or pay out of pocket almost 4 k. Obviously
