Salt 3 finger pinch 2 minced garlic cloves 1 tbsp of water to thin if needed 
This dressing recipe is adapted from an @seriouseats article. Optionally char your corn with your broiler or a blowtorch, then add together all ingredients from the “charred corn salad” list. Make your dressing, then slowly add into salad until dressed to your liking.
