The first 3 inches of the press is from the back muscles. Any lower is just putting stress on the ligaments and joints. FYI

This might be Paradox :
you know stretch mediated hypertrophy doesnt neccessary indicates muscle growth,jay cutler is doing still a good range of motion and doing alot of weight even at a older age
