Fry Onions: In oil, fry onions until golden brown. Set aside some for garnishing. - Cook Chicken: In the dutch oven hit ghee oil , add marinated chicken and cook until it’s tender. - Prepare Rice: Boil basmati rice with cumin seeds and salt until it’s 60% cooked. - Layering: In a dutch oven layer the cooked chicken, fried onions,fresh herbs, and partially cooked rice. Repeat the layers. - Final Touch: Sprinkle saffron milk over the top, cover, and cook on a low flame for the rice to absorb the flavors. - Serve Hot: Garnish with reserved fried onions, cilantro, and mint.
