THOSE BOMBS ARE SO GOOD!! We make them the exact same way and we also use flour to make a birria pizza. We are trying ramen next but I could just drink the consume!!

Trick is to put the cheese on the griddle first then the tortilla! Then you have a golden cheese crust on the outside of the tortilla
