I donate plasma, I have no idea if I have burned calories, as well I am heavily advised to eat a lot of food afterwards by the doctor so if you do you should eat that back.

I have been donating for 1 and a half years I highly do not recommend this for weight loss but it does depend on the person after a donation I personally workout 30 minutes after donating
