you know what's really annoying about stalls, how the door swings inwards so I basically have to straddle to toilet sometimes just go leave. make it swing outwards!

They don’t include the sales tax because State charges their own sales tax and within the states the county also have their own sales tax. Yes it’s a bit confusing and i’m sure it was on purpose too.

The bathroom stalls is for a lot of weird reasons: tell if someone’s there, see if someone’s having a medical emergency and needs help, cleaning, cheaper on materials.
