I've had problems with mine I just got. The drumstick get stuck. I haven't even been able to use it yet. Waiting for response from support but I tried redoing it so many times, nothing. FRUSTRATED

Only thing it’s missing is an alert when collection bin is full but is not a deal killer as 1. It’s way cheaper and works well 2. The collection bin is top side and so easy to pop open to just check

I also have the other one they sell and between the two this one fits my fat cat and he will use it but the other one cleans better. But that's ok because my fat cat will use it. May get another.
