Now she is locked in from the beginning to the end, building the foundation, strength, and technique needed for long-term growth. Here she is demonstrating an amazing exercise designed to challenge both relevé strength and proper placement using our green loop band and ankle weight formula from the BodyTech Method. This exercise is especially beneficial for dancers who struggle with: ✔️ Balance control ✔️ Turns ✔️ Turnout activation ✔️ Proper alignment in relevé ✔️ Stability through the supporting leg ✔️ Strength and control through the full range of motion Small details create big results.
