And so it begins…😒 You would think that losing weight in 2024 would be easy because of all the information we have available at our finger tips.  When in fact - this couldn’t be further from the truth! Everyone’s got an opinion, they’re all different and it’s so confusing 🤯 After years of coaching women the biggest lessons is - That you have to keep it simple and stick to the fundamentals 👌🏻 ❌If it’s too complicated, you won’t stick to it. ❌ If it’s too restrictive, you won’t stick to it. ❌ And if it makes you miserable, YOU WON’T STICK TO IT!
