I’ve been on over a year. I find each week different. Some weeks food noise is gone all week. Some a few days. 🤷🏻♀️

I take shot #10 today and it’s working better each week. I was good up until yesterday morning and I was starving and wanted all the food. So it’s lasting until day 6. I still made good choices tho
