Add the cucumber into a large bowl along with the smoked salmon slices. 2️⃣ Add garlic, light mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice and yoghurt.  Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper as needed. 3️⃣ Give your bagel a quick toasting by frying it, cut side down, in a pre-heated pan with spray oil. 4️⃣ Assemble your bagel by layering a generous portion of the salad mixture on one half of the bagel, and then top it with the remaining half. 5️⃣ Slice and enjoy!
