Crispy Chicken & Halloumi Pitta Pockets😍 These were BANGIN. Toasted pitta bread stuffed with crispy cornflake chicken, pan fried golden halloumi, salad and a garlicky yoghurt sauce. Mix well, before adding in the chicken. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. 💕Toss together the remaining seasoning, crushed cornflakes and plain flour. Dip the chicken into the crushed cornflakes mix, pushing into adhere. Air fry at 190 degrees celsius for 16 minutes turning part way through. 💕Meanwhile, make the garlic yoghurt sauce with the ingredients listed, and set to one side.  💕Pan fry the halloumi for a couple of minutes each side until golden. 💕Toast the pitta breads according to packet instructions.  💕 Fill the pitta with the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, some pickled onions, the chicken, garlic sauce, halloumi and more pickled onions.
