@priscillamansour: SHISH BARAK🇱🇧❤️ Dough: 2cups of flour Pinch of salt 3/4 cup of whole milk or water (lukewarm) 1 tbsp olive oil Filling: Oil 300g ground beef or lamb 1.5 tsp Pomegranate molasses (optional) Salt and pepper *Once the shish barak are done, pop in the oven at 370 for about 10 mins or until golden. Let cool and start your sauce! Yoghurt Sauce: 2 liters of wholemilk lebanese yoghurt 2 tbsp of corn starch diluted in 1.5 cups of water 1 egg Salt to taste whisk in the same direction NONE STOP until simmer *On the side: melt Ghee in a pan, add in 4 cloves of crushed garlic ang mint/cilantro. Add the mixture to your sauce!
