Add yeast, sugar, salt, yogurt, sunflower oil, and (lukewarm) water. Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes.    Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place, or until the dough has doubled in size.    In a deep bowl, combine crème fraîche, herb cream cheese, egg, salt, chicken seasoning, ras el kouzina and black pepper. Mix well. Wash and cut the chicken into pieces.
