I went gluten free over a year ago and it helped(dropped 30+ lbs) but there has to be more to feel better.

I’m not going to lie everything you said just made me want to cry because my doctor basically dismisses everything beings levothyroxine I’ve been told there’s no way to lower my antibodies etc

Every time I've brought up dietary changes my dr says there's no data to support it & I'm not one to stick to things without knowing it's necessary if that makes sense.

I have Graves Disease which is the exact opposite of Hasimoto’s. And I can completely sympathize with how terrible it is to live with a messed up Thyroid.
