His family had come from Sanandaj (Sena), which is why he was given that nickname. ​Ahmed Shamal was not just a singer; he was the voice crying out from the depths of the poor. Due to poverty, he was unable to pursue an education and from a young age worked demanding jobs such as a porter, shepherd, and caravan driver to earn a living. ​In the 1950s, he began singing. His authentic voice led him to become a close friend of stars like Hassan Zirak, Mohammad Mamle, and Ali Mardan. He recorded several historical and unique sessions with them. 🎶 ​Although he was the creator of hundreds of masterly maqams and songs, he remained in poverty until the very end of his life and passed away on April 3, 1997, in Sulaymaniyah. 🕊️ 🪵🪵🪵 #fyp , #foryou , #trending , #viral ,#kurdistan
