Chicken Nuggets Recipe Chicken mixture 2 chicken breasts 1 egg 1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch) 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp black pepper Salt (to taste) 1/2 tsp white pepper Batter 1 cup flour 1/4 cornflour Same seasonings as above Sparkling water (enough to make a smooth batter) For coating & frying Extra flour (for dusting) Oil (for deep frying) Instructions 1. Make the chicken mix Blend the chicken breasts until smooth. Add egg, cornflour, and all seasonings. Mix until fully combined. 2. Shape & freeze Shape into nugget-sized pieces and place on a tray. Freeze until firm. 3. Make the batter In a bowl, mix flour, cornflour, and seasonings. Slowly add sparkling water until you get a smooth, slightly thick batter. 4. Coat the nuggets Take frozen nuggets: Lightly coat in flour Dip into batter 5. Fry Heat oil and fry nuggets until golden brown and cooked through (about 4–5 minutes). 6.
