Motors are also very weak. Bought 2, and in less than 6 months, they are getting stuck mid cycle and not resetting.

I had this issue too and I changed the time after use to clean to 10 minutes and I don’t have issues with the clumps sticking to the grate thingy haha hopefully that makes sense!

I have the same problem with the weight. Someone said it could be due to being on carpet instead of a hard surface? However I don’t have a hard surface to put it on.
