Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Sear the Steak: Pat steak pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside. Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer, then whisk in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth and creamy. Add Corn & Combine: Stir in sweet corn and cooked bowtie pasta. Return steak to the skillet and toss until everything is coated in the creamy Parmesan sauce. Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan.
