I have tonsil stones despite the fact I deeply scrub my teeth every day. Its not bad hygiene.

You can 100% stop this by getting your tonsils removed. But beware, getting your tonsils taken out as an adult is 1000x worse than getting it done as a child because they have to cut deeper.
