Red velvet cherry cake 280g de farine tout usage 1/2 càc de levure chimique 1 càc de bicarbonate 1 pincée de sel 150g de sucre 100g d'huile 115g de beurre fondu 2 œufs 250g de lait fermenté Vanille 1 càc de colorant rouge naturel 1 càs de vinaigre 125ml de café 20g de cacao Mélanger le beurre, l'huile, les œufs, le sucre, la vanille, le lait fermenté, le cacao, et le colorant. Ajoutez la farine, le sel, bicarbonate et levure chimique. Versez dans un moule de 20cm, cuisson 170° environ 40 minutes, vérifiez la cuisson en introduisant la lame d'un couteau. La crème : 500g de mascarpone 300g de crème 50g de sucre glace Fouetter le tout pour obtenir une crème ferme et soyeuse. 200g de compotée de cerise et cerise fraîches. 🇺🇸 Red velvet cherry cake 280g all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp of baking soda 1 pinch of salt 150g of sugar 100g of oil 115g melted butter 2 eggs 250g of fermented milk Vanilla 1 tsp natural red coloring 1 tbsp of vinegar 125ml of coffee 20g cocoa Mix the butter, oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla, fermented milk, cocoa, and coloring. Add the flour, salt, bicarbonate and baking powder. Pour into a 20cm mold, cook at 170° for around 40 minutes, check cooking by inserting the blade of a knife. Cream : 500g mascarpone 300g of cream 50g of icing sugar Whip everything to obtain a firm and silky cream. 200g of fresh cherry and cherry compote.
