@dailymail: All able-bodied men in South Korea over the age of 18 must serve in the army for at least 18 months but an unidentified man was able to avoid his military service in a very strange way. According to the Korean Herald, the 26-year-old was assessed as fit for combat during his initial physical exam. But at the final examination last year, he weighed in at over 16 stone.
