fish tacos are now sunday nights, fyi 🌮❤️ so, how did i know? 1- 0 bullshit or paranoia i had a sense of comfort around her, as in she made me comfortable with myself which made me feel like i didn’t have to try so hard or try too hard to NOT try too hard, if that makes sense. that balance of being yourself and being who you are for the other person too and she made me feel like i was doing my best in both regards 2- it was the perfect amount of hot lust did not create delusion from what really matters 3- perfect balance of selflessness and selfishness on her part she made me feel like i could and should do whatever i needed to do in order to be great at work and be happy in life and that she was only “selfish” with time or attention based on what was best for us together 4- trust in character that made trust in everything else so much easier

recipe for a perfect-ish monday Fish Taco Recipe Disclaimer 🌮These are addicting and have been known to create a weekly habit out of tacos on Mondays❤️
Ingredients (for 2 adults & 1 child)
-1 ¾ pounds of tilapia
- ½ pound shredded green cabbage
- ½ pound shredded purple cabbage
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 pack (about 16 medium size) strawberries
- ½ or less cup of lemon juice
- 1 avocado & 1 small guacamole
- Olive oil spray
- Salt/pepper
How To Make Them Awesome
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Coat tinfoil with olive oil spray, place fish, salt/pepper, flip & repeat
- Cook the fish for 45 minutes
Flipping half way through, leave it in for all 45 + a few for some crisp
- In a large bowl mix the following
o All cabbage
o Strawberries well chopped
o Lemon juice
o Salt/pepper
o Quarter of fresh jalapeno well chopped
o Mix that slaw!
- Grab your fav local guac, add in half an avocado and some more fresh jalapeno (optional)
How To Eat Them
- Heat corn tortillas, add fish, then a layer of guac and a hefty ass dose of slaw, repeat
- Calories/macros per Timm’s portion:
o Timm gets one tortilla, a couple chips, 8 oz. of fish, most of the slaw and 5 oz. of guac
o 740 calories (42 carbs, 37 fat, 67 protein)
