Hot Honey Mexicana Cheese Burrito Bowl The dinner we’ve been eating on repeat lately. Quick, filling and genuinely so good 🤌🏼It’s got smoky taco spiced beef, Mexicana cheese melted with a drizzle of hot honey, Mexican style rice, fresh toppings and a dollop of nacho cheese dip. Stir well and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef. 💕Pour in 1 & 1/2 tsp of the hot honey tossing to combine and reserving the rest for later.  💕Sprinkle over the Mexicana cheese, cover with a lid and leave for a minute until melted. 💕Meanwhile, heat the rice according to packet instructions and prepare your salad ingredients. 💕To serve, divide the rice between bowls, then top with the cheesy beef, sweetcorn, tomatoes, onion and lettuce. 💕Finish with a small drizzle of nacho cheese dip over the top.
