Stay away from fatty foods and most especially fries and crisps, also while you treat it from both inside and outside don’t fade that part for now, keep your hair and also keep your hands off it. Last stop wearing a hat to cover it, heats causes inflammation and it’s scratches you and gets bigger. I used a lotion called neo presol to fight mine, while also sticking to a healthy diet. Shalom
