I’ve def seen a similar figure to the top hat man as well. Idk if maybe there’s something that manifests itself the same way for many of us, or what. But so so spooky nonetheless

When I was 9-10yrs I saw a tall man with a tall hat but the colors were reversed so his suit and hat was white, but his shirt and all details was black. I didn't tell anyone until my grandpa said👇🏽
