yep that's what my apartment did. Cut the mold mushrooms from the baseboards and ceiling and painted everything white

this was the apartment I just left;& no handles. After living there for 6 YRS the white started to peel off where we opened them because they didn’t PRIME & they charged me $700 repaint fee 😤
