Freud was the most influential psychologist, i feel at the end of each strategy and technique for therapy end with him. Doing a lot of reading on him at the moment (psychology student 💙)
What else did he get right??? I’m so curious now! I used to take DBT & CBT & the connection is crazy now that you explain it that way

I always tell my therapists I’ve had it feels like I have a rational side and irrational side of my brain and then I’m arguing between the two. This makes a lot of sense!
