CARAMELISED ONION & BRIE SAUSAGE ROLLS 🤤 It’s time for the Christmas recipes!! This is a perfect appetiser or snack to share with family/friends over the festive period. It’s really easy to make too so make sure to save for later ☝🏼 •189 kcals per sausage roll •5g PRO, 15g CHO, 13g FAT Makes 12 sausage rolls: -8 sausages (remove the meat from the skin) -1/2 tsp of dried thyme -1 pack of puff pastry -2 tbsp of caramelised red onion chutney (I use the Tesco brand) -50g of Brie, sliced thinly -1 egg, beaten -1 tbsp of sesame seeds Method: 1. Cut the ends of the sausages and squeeze the meat into a bowl (get rid of the skin). Add 1/2 tsp of thyme and mix until it all comes together. 2. Roll out the pastry. Add half of chutney to the pastry, then line out some meat, press it down evenly and then top with the slices of Brie.  3. Fold over the pastry and press down the sides. Cut  straight line at the edge then use a fork to make ridges on the edges.  4. Remove the excess pastry from both ends, then cut into equal slices (I got 5 slices per roll). Repeat again until you get 12 sausage rolls.  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper then place down the sausage rolls. Beat the egg, then brush over each sausage roll.  6. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds (do this after the egg wash, I did it first in the video by accident!).  7. Cook in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 mins.  8. Remove from the oven once golden and serve. BUFFALO CHICKEN CRUNCH WRAP HACK 🌯 A great way to change up your wraps! This is high protein and so tasty. Save for later ☝🏼 •492 kcals •43g PRO, 57g CHO, 13g PRO Serves 1: -100g of uncooked chicken breast -1 egg -1 tbsp of buffalo sauce -15g of cornflakes -1/2 tsp of paprika & garlic powder -1 wrap -20g of cheese -10g of tortilla chips, crushed -1 tbsp of ranch -Lettuce -Tomato -Red onion Buffalo sauce: -10g of reduced sugar ketchup -1 tsp of honey -1 tsp of mustard -10g of Franks buffalo sauce  Method: 1. Butterfly the chicken breast. Whisk the egg and mix with 1 tbsp of buffalo sauce. Dip in the chicken.  2. Crush the cornflakes, then mix with the garlic powder and paprika. Dip the chicken breast into this and coat all over. Spray with oil and air fry for 15-20 mins until cooked. Once cooked, slice into smaller chunks.  3. For the buffalo sauce, mix the ingredients together then microwave for 30 seconds. While it’s hot, add the chicken to it and then mix well (I used a lunch box to shake it and coat it evenly).  4. Cut a straight line from the bottom of the wrap up until the middle. Then start assembling with the chicken on the bottom left corner. Add the ranch, lettuce, tomato and red onion to the top left corner. Then place the crushed tortilla chips on the top right corner. Finally, add the cheese to the remaining corner. 5. Fold over with the chicken side going first to the lettuce and so on.  6. Once folded, toast on a pan or in a sandwich toaster.  7.
