I’m a nurse aide and if I were in your state and area I would be honored to care for you and others at your facility. It’s unfortunate that I too see the high turnover rate and just the overall lack of people wanting to do the job. It’s been one of the biggest blessing in my life and it has done so much for my self esteem and self worth. It’s definitely my calling as cheesy as that sounds and I’m so grateful it is. Helping out fellow man/women is one of the greatest things we can do for one another in life. I pray that you get some really great aides for your facility.🙏
