I agree with this. My ex saw any conflict as not normal in relationships. That any conflict meant incompatibility. I think because his parents don't communicate with each other about hards things.

As an avoidant understanding this is often a blind spot we recognise fear of closeness but conflict avoidance is often missed. Honestly realises conflict and hard convos is healthy
