At 51 years old, I began my sobriety, fitness, and nutrition journey over a year ago. After a gnarly hangover one morning, I realized it was time to change. After drinking on and off for 30 years, with heavy consumption throughout my 40s, I decided to quit for good. That same week, I overhauled my diet and began working out consistently. Initially, I worked out 6-7 days a week, and now I maintain a routine of 4-5 workouts a week with daily brisk walks. Within three months, I felt my body changing and getting stronger. By six months, I was a completely different man.  My commitment to natural transformation—without TRT—proved successful. I adopted an “eating lifestyle” focused on whole foods with emphasis on quality high protein. Although feeling confident with my shirt off is great, my primary motivation is overall health.  Now at 52 years old, I’ve never felt better and look forward to many more years with my family. I firmly believe that if I can make this change, anyone can. Drawing from my fitness experience and NASM certification, I developed a fitness and nutrition app based on my routines that I did to get into shape.
