Prepare a pot, add enough water. Turn on the heat, add dried longan and loh han guo fruits that have been washed and crushed as in the video. Let it boil. Once boiling, lower the heat and let it simmer until the colour deepens. 2. Add goji berries and rock sugar to taste. Stir and let it simmer for a while until the sugar dissolves. You also can turn off the heat immediately, but make sure to stir to fully dissolve the sugar. 3. Remove the loh han guo fruit from the pot and it is ready to serve. It can be enjoyed warm or cold.
