Kizer has taken the advice and feedback from their customers to create what they deem the “Golden Ratio” for Begleiter 2.9 - that being a blade length of 2.97” and handle length of 4.06”. The Begleiter 2.9 is compact and sleek, but not *so* small that it feels incapable of most tasks. Kizer also offers it in several varieties including crossbar lock, button liner lock, hollow grind, and high flat grind with several different handle material options as well. I love the concept of releasing a new knife with variety to choose from. Kizer knew that this model was gonna be a banger so they gave people lots of options! Adding the lanyard and bead makes it feel even more comfortable! -Appendix style carry: good for fast draw and self defense. ultra concealable (when wearing the right shirt). -neck knife: this is an option when pocket or belt is not available. Good backup knife option. Cons: possibility of losing knife if sheath retention is not good. Can serve as a safety hazard. -wallet carry: maximize space as the wallet becomes your sheet. Cons: slow draw and access -boot knife carry: ultra concealable when worn with pants, good backup knife option.
