We moved from California to San Antonio 14 years ago. Never looked back. I absolutely love the people here. When we have friends come visit, they always comment on how friendly Texans are.

The beach, hikes, open mindedness, freedom to explore/have a diverse list of things to do, the weather, the laid back environment, I don’t think I could ever leave LA/CA😭 so glad you made it back!

I tried Houston but after 4 months decided it wasn’t for me. Coming from California it was much too slow. Ended up in NYC and couldn’t be happier!

TX is likely one of the harder adjustments for people from LA. Beach, Green spaces, food options, vibes….LA is expensive but it’s a great lifestyle
