@makaylakeel33: GREEN CHILE CORN CHOWDER (Basically just a spicy potato soup with corn, it’s a 10/10!!) It pairs so good with cornbread but I didn’t have any to make tonight. Recipe Below •Chop 4-5 pieces of bacon and cook, then add 1-2 teaspoons of minced garlic and brown. •Wash and peel 4 russet potatoes, cut into cubes, and add to same pot as bacon. •Add 1 32oz box of chicken broth, 1 bag of frozen corn, 1 small can of green chiles, 2 big spoon fulls of diced jalapeños, and add your preferred seasonings, stir and let simmer for 10 minutes. •Add 1 cup of heavy cream, half a bag of shredded cheese and let soup cook until potatoes are tender. Top soup with crispy bacon bits, more shredded cheese and diced jalapeños🌽🤎🤌
