as others have said with current squads rangers/celtic could possibly scrape 12th-16th but would struggle, but with PL income and fanbase capable of being consistant mid-tablers.

how can you judge Rangers when they are currently working on a budget that's around a 10th of that of the teams at the bottom of EPL. given access to EPL money we'd do well in England
