I do also sell finished hats. you can find all the info on how my shop works, pricing, etc. on the FAQ page on my website, which is linked in my bio. 🧚‍♂️ Also just wanted to share a brief update regarding my BVD treatment: I’ve been doing color light therapy for the last couple of weeks which consists of me looking at a colored light for 20 minutes a day. The color of the light is determined by my doctor and is currently helping widen my peripheral view. In a couple of weeks I will be starting weekly therapy sessions. I don’t know much about what those sessions will entail yet, but I do know we’ll be working on remapping my automatic eye movements. I will do my best to continue sharing my experiences with treatment as lots of you expressed interest in hearing about it. For those of you who are speculating that you might have BVD and also crochet a ton: I cannot express how important it is to give yours eyes a break from focusing on your work every so often. It’s really hard for me to snap out of my hyperfocuses, but setting timers as a reminder has been helpful for me in starting to build that habbit.
