DOUGH 400 g flour (all-purpose flour) 6 g salt (1 teaspoon) 25 g unsalted butter 12 g honey 215 ml lukewarm water GROUND BEEF 400 g ground beef 3 g salt (½ teaspoon) 1 g black pepper (⅓ teaspoon) cheddar cheese SAUCE 125 g mayonnaise 25 g mustard 30 g ketchup 25 g pickles 10 ml pickle juice SERVE WITH lettuce sauce pickles   EXTRA  sunflower oil (for greasing) Put the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the butter, honey, and water. Knead for 10–12 minutes until smooth.  Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces of about 65 g each and shape them into balls. Grease your hands with oil and take one ball of dough. Press it flat on a greased surface (about 30 ml oil). Cover and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
