Replying to @kjmathias90 This can definitely happen to a lot of people. It’s one of the reasons i don’t talk about calorie counting often. I do think it’s a very useful tool for those that it helps. However, if you’re not feeling it give these tips a try 💪🏻 #weightloss #fatloss #fatlosstips #weightlosstips

Marry Me Salmon. Recipe by @moribyan . Supposedly this dish is so good it will make you say "Marry Me" to whomever makes it for you. I told my wife if you put this much heavy cream butter and cheese how can it not be good. But it actually turned out better than I thought. I used trout (skin-on) instead of salmon which turned out really well. Only thing I would change is adding red peppers at the end. Also capers was the game changer. This is how I did it: - Start with salmon or trout cut in 3-4 chunks - Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and italian seasoning (optional) - Cook fish in olive oil ~3 min each side until 70% cooked and set it aside - In the same pan add 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup chicken stock, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/4 cup diced onions, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and parsley - Mix the sauce on low heat then add in the fish - Simmer on low heat for ~5mins - Add capers on top - Sprinkle red pepper and parsley - Scoop some sauce on top of the fish to make it look nice
Easy, High Protein Korean Beef Bulgogi Burrito 🌯 650 calories & 49g protein Beef Ingredients: - beef top sirlion (5oz raw) - soy sauce (2 tbsp) - sesame oil (.5 tbsp) - brown sugar (1 tbsp) - minced garlic (.5 tbsp) - sesame seeds (1 tsp) - green onions (handful, sliced) Rice Ingredients: - rice (150g cooked) - 2-3 cilantro - greek yogurt (50g) - siracha (.5 tbsp) - salt (1 tsp) - garlic powder (2 tsp) Sauce Ingredient: - gochujang (1 tbsp) - light mayo (2 tbsp) - greek yogurt 0% fat (20g) - milk (5g) - siracha (1 tbsp) Assembly: - low calorie burrito tortilla Recipe: 1. Dice up your beef sirloin into thin strips 2. Mix it in a marinade of soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, green onions, and sesame seeds to make an easy bulgogi marinade. 3. To make your rice, mix together steamed white rice, Greek yogurt, Sriracha, cilantro, salt, and garlic powder. 4. To make your sauce mixed together gochujang, light mayo, Greek yogurt, milk, and siracha. 5. Grab a low calorie tortilla and place your rice and beef and fold into a burrito. Place it on a frying pan to sear both sides to shut it tight and give it a little crunch. 6. Pour on your sauce and enjoy! This is one of my favorite recipes since it’s super easy to meal prep and save for the rest of the week. You can make a bunch in batch and just freeze them and pop them in the microwave since they still taste great that way! Try them out and let me know what you think 💙 #burrito #highprotein #Recipe #lowcalorie #healthy #EasyRecipe #mealprep #bulgogi #koreanfood
